SARA Members to staff NSØSR Railroad Mobile Sept 28

A small group of SARA members are heading to Duluth, MN and the North Shore Scenic Railroad to staff the Railroad Mobile station NSØSR, in cooperation with the North Shore Scenic Railroad Radio Club. NSSRRC organizers report that we will have two stations in a former Burlington Northern Caboose. Frequencies will be 7.260 +/- QRM for 40 and 14.260 +/- QRM for 20. We will also try some digital modes if time and bands force us in that direction.  Operations are expected to start shortly after departure from the Duluth Union Depot for the day excursion at 10:00 AM local (1500 UTC) and continue until just before the 8:30PM (02:30 29 Sep UTC) return from the evening excursion.
